We purchase from suppliers in Houston and have the containers brought to our Goliad facility where they are inspected and photographed. We inspect for metal rust, wood rot and door operation and we make repairs as needed before we ship them to our customers. We guarantee,
1. no leaks;
2. the flooring is solid; and,
3. the doors are operable.
Sometimes we miss things so if you are not satisfied within 30 days of delivery, we will replace the box with one to your satisfaction or issue a full refund.
